Backstage Manager
The Backstage Manager is responsible for gathering routines in the order of the schedule to compete on stage. They must be able to communicate effectively and efficient with the MC to ensure a smooth and on time show.
They assist the Show Director with organizing Award Certificates and Scholarships as well as organizing trophies, medals and pins when needed. They may also be asked to help with other tasks from the Show Director as needed.
Must be neat in appearance, organized, good with time management, a friendly personality and knowledgable in dance.

Tabulator
The Tabulator position is responsible for gathering the adjudicated scores, organizing medals, pins and trophies and presenting the results to the Show Director.  They will also assist with certificates and scholarships that are awarded. They may also be asked to help with other tasks from the Show Director as needed.
Position must be knowledgable in dance, organized, time efficient and have a general idea of computers.

Photographer
This position requires you to be efficient in the use of a camera and it's settings for live shooting.  A dance background is helpful to capture the movements of the dancer. This position involves long hours. Dress code is stage black.

Videographer
This position requires you to be efficient in the use of a video camera and it's settings for live shooting. To be able to shoot head to toe and keep the dancers in frame. This position involves long hours. Dress code is stage black.
